Acquitted.

The defendant was one of a number of defendants who had gained entry into an address known to them, all had been aware the prosecution said, that there was someone in one of the bedrooms upstairs, this was why they had set fire to the property causing the death of the individual.

This was a complex case which required expert prosecution and defence reports on how the fire started and dealing with the  issue of multiple seats of fire across various rooms, some causing less damage. After a trial the defendant was Acquitted.
