The individual had been arrested due to his connection with a number of individuals in Iraq who had been proscribed under the Terrorism Act.

It was said he had provided financial support to them. It became clear the situation was more complex once his phone had been examined, he was provided to a different organisation who had been hijacked by another organisation unbeknown to him. The case was discontinued.
