Jury returns verdict of Unlawful Killing.

Harewood Law represented the family of Gracie Spinks after her tragic death at the Article 2 Jury Inquest, at Chesterfield Coroners Court.

This inquest received unprecedented national press coverage. The Jury returned a verdict of Unlawful Killing, finding multiple accepted police failings and missed opportunities by Derbyshire Constabulary. The coroner is to do a comprehensive prevention of deaths report shortly.
