Jury returns Not Guilty..

Harewood Law represented a client charged with Conspiracy to Supply 2000kg of cocaine, worth 83 million who was found Not Guilty.

The CPS alleged that over a two-year period, two thousand kilograms of cocaine with a street value of eighty-three million pounds were imported from Portugal, Netherlands and secreted in large blocks of cheese. The drugs were warehoused in the UK and then distributed across the country by various organised crime networks, using sophisticated systems, deploying social media platforms to communicate, to avoid detection. A surveillance operation was conducted by the police. This was a multiple defendant case; our client was found NOT GUILTY.
