Acquittal.

The police conducted a surveillance operation on several individuals involved in the Supply of Class A drugs. It was said by the prosecution that the defendant was part of this group and allowed her address to be used as a safe house for Kilos of Cocaine.

The defendant denied this and stated she had no knowledge of the drugs but conceded she was associated with the other defendants who did attend at her address. The drugs were hidden in the loft, which could only be accessed via a loft ladder. The defendant gave evidence before a jury and was Acquitted of all charges, other defendants were convicted.
